Fang Kim Soon has specialized in executive search since 2014, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the Global Markets arena. Upon graduation, he joined Citibank Singapore as a trainee FX trader in 1987. He also traded for several other international banks, namely Bank of Montreal, Standard Chartered, UBS and lastly at Smith Barney as Head of FX Trading and Sales before his relocation to Hong Kong in 1997.
He has over 16 years in the Global Markets sector in Hong Kong performing roles such as Head of Central Banks FX sales covering the whole of Asia at Natwest/RBS (HK) from 1997 for 11.5 years and Head of Greater China FICC Sales at Societe Generale (HK) from 2009 for 3.5 years. He spent his last year in Hong Kong trading for a family office before returning to Singapore in Nov 2013.
As a successful Financial Institutional sales person covering financial institutions and family offices, he gained the trust of many Asian sovereign accounts and other major financial institutions. Over the years, he has built strong and deep relationships with friends, colleagues and customers throughout Asia, especially Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, and Shanghai.
Fang graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987.

Marcus has over 30 years of trading experience in banking with a successful career in Trading, Sales, Structuring, eCommerce and Customer Support at a global level. He has also done advisory and sales of multi-asset class products including FX, Interest Rate, Commodities, Structured Derivatives and Margin Trading and was one of the early eFX professionals with Citibank from the early 1990s.
He started his banking career with DBS in 1985 as a FX trader and through the years, had taken on senior management roles in hiring, training and managing trading, sales and support teams for Citibank and CIMB. Marcus has wide exposure with new business development and product and understand how collaboration with front office, operations, governance and senior management stakeholders are intertwined to build a good business division.
Marcus graduated from Imperial College of Science & Technology, London, with degrees in Chemical Engineering)(BSc) and Management Science (MSc).

Peter is a trusted and experienced general management practitioner who has led sales & marketing teams, as well as companies, both in Singapore, SEA, & China. He has worked for several big companies and MNCs like The ICG Group, Reuters, Dow Jones & NCR in his 28-year corporate career.
He is a highly committed, sales & results-oriented person with deep experiences in the following sectors - executive search, computer systems, financial software solutions, financial information, marketing communications. His management know-how extends to the Private Equity space in the data centre, satellite communications & luxury yacht industries. He has mentored many younger colleagues who are today very successful in their career paths.
Peter graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Statistics in 1989. He also attended an Executive Management course at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
